1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through this website with JØGA, Rue de l'Industrie 8, 1700 Fribourg, Switzerland ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Products and prices
All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout: shipping is $4.50 and free on orders over $60. Our pieces are produced on demand in limited runs and are not reprinted once sold out.
3. Ordering and contract
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline orders, for example in case of stock or pricing errors.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout.
5. Delivery
Each piece is produced after your order. Delivery takes approximately 10 to 14 days. If a delay occurs, we will inform you by email. Risk passes to you upon delivery of the goods.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
You may return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at alex@jogaclo.com with your order number. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for damages arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
9. Applicable law
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is Fribourg, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
